Returns & Warranty

Customer Return Policy

If you wish to return your item(s) for refund or exchange you can do so within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the safe return of the item. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were received with original packaging and without signs of installation or use. We recommend using tracked post with good packaging as we are not responsible for and damage caused during return transit. We will not accept used goods unless once tested are found to be faulty.

Simply login and select Product Return from your online account, then select the appropriate order/items and provide reasons for the return. Please ensure to include your receipt, order number or proof of purchase with your return package to enable us to track where it’s come from.

We will either replace by return post, or refund to your method of payment upon receipt. Returned items are processed within 1-3 days once received excluding weekends and bank holidays.


All of our products come with a 3 Month Warranty, the warranty is handled by Partek Trade Ltd on behalf of the manufacturer or distributer. When returning items under warranty we will carry out any necessary testing and checks and will replace the part for you.

Our warranty does not cover damage to the part caused by fitting or removal of the part, if a part is returned to us with damage it will not be covered under warranty (eg.torn flex, damaged internal LCD or digitizer).

Please Note: Our parts are inlaid with a security seal and other security marks.
