Simply login and select Product Return from your online account, then select the appropriate order/items and provide reasons for the return. Please ensure to include your receipt, order number or proof of purchase with your return package to enable us to track where it’s come from.
We will either replace by return post, or refund to your method of payment upon receipt. Returned items are processed within 1-3 days once received excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our warranty does not cover damage to the part caused by fitting or removal of the part, if a part is returned to us with damage it will not be covered under warranty (eg.torn flex, damaged internal LCD or digitizer).
Please Note: Our parts are inlaid with a security seal and other security marks.
